Penya Union Blaugrana is an official supporters club of FC Barcelona that was founded in March 2007 and brings together dozens of Barça fans throughout the United Kingdom. Since its formation the Penya has seen members travel to 10 countries and over 22 cities to cheer on Barça and witness our blaugrana heroes lift 6 trophies.
Thanks to the Penya, British culés have been able to attend the champions league semi final at Stamford Bridge to witness the "Iniestazo" first hand, they were at the champions league final in Rome, the Copa del Rei final in València and the Supercopa final in glamorous Monte Carlo as well as countless la liga games. Finally at the end of 2009, the Penya was represented in Abu Dhabi to see FC Barcelona crowned FIFA World Club Champions and claim an unprecedented 6th calendar year trophy.
The Penya isn't just about saying "I was there", through being members of Penya Union Blaugrana our members have struck up great friendships with other believers in the Barça cause, and it's a rare occasion indeed that a member travels to Barcelona and doesn't have somebody to share a pre-match drink or two with. We're not here to sell tickets, although we do when we can, our aim is to unite as many culés living in Britain as possible because as the saying goes "tots units fem força!".
