1. Ticket applications will be accepted from all members over 18 who were registered with the Penya at least one calendar month before the relevant fixture, or in the case of Champions League matches against British teams, before the draw for the corresponding stage of the competition was made. (Members joining after 12/04/2010 will not be able to apply for tickets to the latter stages of the Champions League in 09/10)
2. Exclusions to the above rule apply to any members who have obtained tickets through FC Barcelona or 3rd parties. The goal of the Penya has always been to ensure that as many of its members as possible attend the big fixtures and it must remain thus.
3. Ticket applications will be made exclusively via the Penya’s web forum.
4. One ticket from any allocation received from FC Barcelona will be set aside for the committee member responsible for collection and distribution on the day in order to comply with FCB's regulations.
5. Remaining tickets will be distributed by means of a draw amongst members who have submitted an application via the forum and complied with any requests for extra information.
6. The draw will be conducted via the forum by means of a random allocation of numbers to each application and numbers being selected by penya members in a specific thread on the forum.
7. In a situation where an order of priority needs to be established, priority will be determined by the order in which numbers are drawn.
8. In accordance with the rules of the Penya as set out in the statutes, any abuse of the ticketing regulations constitutes an act of gross misconduct and will be subject to sanctions as decided by the executive committee. These sanctions may include, but are not limited to; exclusion from future ticket applications and/or
expulsion from the Penya.
9. The executive committee of the Penya Union Blaugrana has the final say on the acceptance of ticket applications and the results thereof.
10. Payment to the Penya for a ticket constitutes an acceptance of the rules above and must be made within the time frame set out by the executive committee or the application is considered null and void.
